One of the leading local mobile service providers Vodafone Malta has recently re-launched their official website. The new website with a simplified user interface, and cleaner navigation allows visitors to easily browse around all the services offered by Vodafone.
When visiting the website, the main page clearly shows the current top news, or special offers. This makes it easier for current or future customers to keep up to date with any offers available that one can benefit from. The main page also features Account management, tech support sections and social media integration.
The top website navigation has been re-designed to highlight the main services of the company which are the mobile telephony services, and internet access. The “Phones & Plans” section shows a drop down of links consisting of Phones, Price plans and other services”. The second section “Internet” shows the various internet options available. The last section is the “Help and Support” that allows you to browse several Online support topics and contact the company in case of any difficulties.
Together with the new website, Vodafone has also launched the e-billing facility, where one can do his part to save the environment by switching to the e-billing facility. Customers can start receiving the bills by email, instead of a printout by postal mail. Prepaid customers can also use this facility to top-up online instead of using a top up voucher. It is estimated that an entire tree can be saved per week if the majority of customers start using these online top up or e-billing facilities.
